Rutile titanium dioxide is a type of rutile titanium dioxide produced by the sulfate process. It features high blue phase, easy dispersion, high weather resistance, high hiding power, low oil absorption, good system compatibility, and excellent processing rheology, making it a high-quality titanium dioxide specifically for oily plastics. Application Characteristics: Blue base phase: The average particle size is close to the theoretical particle size of titanium dioxide. Smaller TiO2 particles can scatter blue light more effectively than larger TiO2 particles, resulting in a bluer base phase and excellent whiteness. Excellent dispersibility: The special inorganic surface treatment and organic surface treatment reduce the contact between TiO2 particles, allowing R-902 to exhibit excellent dispersibility during application. Therefore, it has good wettability and is easy to grind. Low oil absorption: The low oil absorption of R allows the titanium dioxide to maintain good processing performance in plastics applications. High weather resistance: The zirconium coating process enhances the weather resistance and heat resistance of the titanium dioxide. Therefore, its chemical properties are very stable. Good system compatibility: With special organic surface treatment, it is very suitable for non-polar and oily systems, thus exhibiting good system compatibility in applications.

  Protection: When handling TiO2, wear gloves and a protective mask. If skin contact occurs, the compound is not hazardous, but it is recommended to clean the skin after use.
