Job Description:
Chemical testing, coating research and development, fine chemical research and development, polymer materials.
1. Carry out the testing and analysis work for various items that need to be tested according to the laboratory "Testing Operation Procedures".
2. Calculate and analyze the test results and report feedback to relevant personnel in a timely manner; organize and archive the data after testing is completed.
3. Reflect any quality issues to the relevant departments at any time and provide inspection opinions.
4. Complete testing work on time, achieving "three timeliness" (timely sampling, timely testing, timely reporting) and "five accuracies" (sample preparation accuracy, instrument accuracy, analysis accuracy, record calculation accuracy, report accuracy).
Familiar with various conventional instruments in the laboratory, have a certain understanding of common chemical reagents, and can proficiently use computers and office software such as Word and Excel.
Under 40 years old, with a secondary vocational/high school education or above, majoring in chemistry or chemical engineering-related fields. 1-3 years of work experience.

Product Development Engineer

Job Requirements:
Under 40 years old, with a bachelor's degree or above in a related field of chemical engineering; experience in the research and development of coatings and pigments or experience in large chemical plants or similar work is preferred. Familiar with the entire process of titanium production using the sulfuric acid method, knowledgeable about titanium production equipment and its performance, and possess considerable titanium product development capabilities; proficient in the raw and auxiliary materials used in the production process and have a deep understanding of the processing and production of these materials.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Undertake the research and development work of the R&D center, including verifying the quality performance of the company's products, validating the rational correctness of raw and auxiliary materials usage, developing and validating new products, and comparing products from other companies in similar industries, while maintaining statistical records and technical analysis to report to superiors.
2. Maintain daily safety records, laboratory instrument operation records, and records of the use of consumables.
3. Responsible for the maintenance and calibration of R&D laboratory instruments, ensuring that instruments operate well and check accurately.
4. Complete product development small trials, pilot tests, and batch trial production, and maintain records of experiments and trial production.
5. Complete analysis and testing related to product trace elements, particle size distribution, etc.
6. Assist in technical problem-solving and help production resolve technical difficulties with products.
7. Assist supply and marketing in timely following up on market conditions and understanding customer usage.
8. Assist in technical intelligence work, handle patent applications, and ensure confidentiality.
Electromechanical Engineer

Under 45 years old, with a college degree or above, in mechanical automation, electrical-related majors, holding a certificate; age requirements can be appropriately relaxed based on personal qualifications. Possess good professional technical level, familiar with electromechanical design specifications and regulations; proficient in using and mastering CAD and other electromechanical related design software; skilled in operating computer software.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in establishing and promoting the construction equipment management system, and participate in the entire process of equipment selection, acceptance, installation, debugging, use, maintenance, repair, transformation, updating, and scrapping.
2. Preliminary work for equipment (including selection, acceptance, installation, debugging), responsible for selecting suitable equipment based on production process design, reasonably determining the mechanization supporting line for construction; calculate the power load of construction equipment, reasonably select power supply equipment; participate in equipment acceptance; formulate installation and debugging plans and conduct effective supervision to ensure the quality of preliminary work for equipment.
3. Mid-term management work for equipment (including use, maintenance, repair, and overhaul), responsible for formulating operating procedures for equipment and training operators to ensure correct use of equipment. Formulate maintenance and upkeep procedures and supervise their implementation to ensure daily maintenance and regular upkeep are in place, keeping the equipment in good working condition.
4. Late management work for equipment (including transformation, updating, and scrapping), responsible for formulating plans for equipment transformation and component updates, enabling equipment to be reused after technological obsolescence or performance aging; responsible for the identification and confirmation of equipment scrapping to prevent unnecessary losses.
5. Establish a complete equipment information transmission system, establish and fill out equipment files, and regularly report the operating status of equipment to relevant departments of the company.
